Addictad will ask potential winners to provide their personal details which then will be held in a secure Addictad database and also passed onto third party promoters for the sole purpose of delivery of prizes won. These third party service providers are subject to confidentiality agreements with us and other legal restrictions that prohibit their use of the information we provide them for any other purpose except to facilitate the specific outsourced Addictad related operation. By accepting a prize, the winner irrevocably grants Addictad permission to use his or her name, likeness, biographical and Addictad related information for advertising, promotional or publicity purposes.
